1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and qq1121 ("Platform", "We") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by qq1121.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit-related terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
